IT infrastructure tenders preparation services

Pre-bidding phase

In this phase, we are defining the project objectives, conducting the site analysis, assessing the existing system, gap analysis identification, site planning etc.

Bid document preparation

Preparing the bid/tender document with full details includes the purpose, project overview and overall objectives, system prerequisites and detailed system specifications, project plan, etc.

Bidding and evaluation phase

In this phase, we are helping in selecting the vendors, technical evaluation, financial evaluation, and bid awarding recommendation and contract review

Project management and handover

In this phase, we assuring the provision and completion for all of the project management tasks, starting from project preparation till the testing and commissioning including the acceptance and handover process and SLA with support plan.

OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES (O&M).

ZoneTech Egypt can provide the following types of contractual services:

A. (GC Class) Global Contract: includes (on call service, preventive, and periodic maintenance, and system periodic tune up) including spare parts.
B. (OC Class) On-call Contract: includes only on-call service including spare parts (which we refer as warranty extension contracts).
C. (CBC Class) Case by case: within this contract we give only response commitment and service price list then payments will be considered separately case by case.
